I have lived here for about 8 months and it started off fine. However, time and time again, I've dealt with unresponsive management, non-communication between the 24/7 maintenance line and the on-site staff, and broken facilities--both in the apartment and in the community. The elevators in the building are rarely--if ever--working at the same time. Our AC broke and they refused to come fix it. My roommate's boyfriend was eventually the one to actually fix it after almost a two weeks of it being out. Parking has always been an issue, even when we got assigned spots. The office staff didn't seem to have a consistent method of assigning spots and keeping track of them, and they tried to switch us around several times. And this is just the beginning of all of the things that have gone wrong. Ultimately, the experience has not been worth the cost at all.

Very unhappy with the building the management and how issues are delt with: constant broken amenities and other malfunctions, and no effort to resolve them. Very disappointed given how expensive rent is and all the extra costs added on

I have really enjoyed this property been staying here for the last 20 years. Have no issues. Maintenance is good. Plan on staying here as long as I can thank thank you so much.

Great location. Nice people. Subpar ammenities. Why did it take nearly two years to fix a pool? One of thre major reasons I chose the apartment I did was access to the pool, which is one of the ammenities we are paying for. When it wasn't available for such a long time, why wasn't rent for that building lowered accordingly?
