Security pet deposit $200

Max weight 55 lb each. Pet limit 2 allowed. We permit a maximum of two pets with a combined weight of 55 pounds with a one time, refundable pet deposit of $200.00 per pet. Pet owners must supply current vet records showing up to date immunizations and a photo of each pet. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the owner’s apartment. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pet (pet waste stations are located throughout the property) and can be fined or given a lease violation for failure to do so. For the protection of our residents we do not permit specific breeds of dogs, including: Akitas, Chows, Dalmations, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staordshire Terriers, or Wolf Hybrids. Emotional Support Animals are permissible with documentation.

I've lived here a little over a year and a half and I find the Corners Apartments and excellent place for me to live. The location is idea for me because it is convenient to most places I frequent. The complex is new, clean and beautiful.

Would like better communication about payments. We received an NSF and would have been nice to know what that entails with a message, for we could have eradicated the issue immediately. More than enough $ in the account and having to deal with this has been very inconvenient. We like living here, and would like to renew but that communication and clarity is necessary for us. All good elsewhere!

I have lived here for a year and it has been a very nice experience. I like the apartments because they are very nice and new. I like the location because it is close to most of the businesses I frequent and they are close to RDU an international airport. Finally, most of my medical team is very close by.
