Excellent community but the staff is unparalleled!! Great dog parks, car wash, indoor/outdoor pool, spacious apartments. My only gripe (and a minor one) I'd love a larger gym. The complex also has a game room and Amazon drop box. We genuinely love it here, relocated from Chicago.

I have lived here for the past 2 years while I finish my master's. As I am about to move out in a couple of months, I will say that I will miss this place. It is not too far out from Duke campus and downtown Durham while also being close to the airport. The area is generally quiet and spacious, aside from the periodic train that comes by with a blaring train horn. It would be nice if the management started a petition with the City to make this area a quiet zone so that the trains won't blast their horns here at 2AM in the morning. The package room is nice and convenient with the Amazon locker. Although I wish they would invest in it a bit more, the gym has all of the basics needed to get in a decent work out. The complex is located right next to a Publix, a gas station, and a Chipotle. So everything needed is real close. All in all, a lovely place to live if you want a nice spacious apartment for a good price.
