This complex is perfect for anyone seeking a brand new start or simply want to live in a quiet, clean and small community. Convenient area to drive anywhere. Friendly staff and office. Two cons: It is HARD to find parking and barely any community activities to mingle. 4.3 out of 5.

As a full-time student and self-employed professional, having a comfortable and reliable living space is very important to me. This has been my first apartment, and overall the experience has been very positive. I've been here for about 9 months and will soon be reaching a year. Everything has gone smoothly, and when a minor flooding incident happened, management responded quickly and efficiently. This is something I truly appreciate. For my first apartment, it's been a great fit and has made balancing school, work, and my lifestyle much easier. In addition, it's included with a nice community, a range of amenities (like the keyless smart gadget, it makes shopping so much easier for me), and a great management team who will listen to every concern you may have. Overall, I feel good about choosing this place. Shoutout to Jess, Tatiana, and Rob.

Not a bad little apartment complex, but they really need to know what they're offering here. This is not a luxury apartment complex, and people are signing here because it's cheap. They continually try to raise rent even with the ubiquitous weed smell, trash piling up, and poor customer service in the office. Plenty of better apartment complexes in the area for the same price.
