Worth It

I moved in recently. The staff has been so kind. I had a maintenance issue and they came right out and made sure it was completed. The neighbors are friendly and the furry friends too. The peace in this neighborhood is unmatched. The screened in porch is a plus for me. I am so excited to be here

Predatory Management Practices

The management for this property hiked rent by nearly 50% over the two years I lived there. When I had to move out due to the increased cost they hit me with absurd cleaning fees that added up to hundreds of dollars despite the fact that I spent days cleaning the apartment. This included numerous individual fees to clean things like the bathroom cabinet for $12 or the range hood for $10 and the washer/dryer for $24. I cleaned each of these items and took very good care of the apartment overall. My apartment also flooded while I lived there due to a burst water heater, which they refused to replace and instead simply patched. What a joke.
