The cheapest materials used to these apartments with the thinnest walls. You will hear your neighbors ALL THE TIME.

Super convenient and somewhat affordable

Very nice and quiet, super convenient to get to all the stores that are nearby. However l, if this community would have security gates it will make this place more secure specially at night.
