Best. Place. EVER!!

Wonderful neighbors, great area, spacious bedrooms and comes with all the amenities you'll need. Little hidden gem. There has never been a time when I needed something done and it wasn't done within 24 hours. The staff is super understanding and helpful and after the past two years... it's greatly appreciated. They're so kind and will do what they can to help. I really love it here.

The location is great but the MAJOR CON of this apartment is how low the ceilings are. I have lived underneath someone before but it has NEVER BEEN THIS BAD. EVERY STEP THEY TAKE sounds like THUNDER. It is beyond ridiculous how I can hear anything and every move they make. If I knew it was going to be like this, I wouldn't have moved here. Other than that, the apartment is spacious for one person but like I said, the noise factor makes it a very uncomfortable living experience. The parking spots are entirely TOO CLOSE to each other. No matter how strategic you try to park in the middle of the lines, if the cars next to you swing their doors open, your car is going to get scratched up. The rent should be lower considering what I've stated. If you're going to live here, TOP FLOOR ONLY, trust me, I wish someone would have warned me.
