I have been a resident at Foster on the Park for a little over a year now. I moved here during a painful transition and being surrounded by the beauty of the facility, Durham Central Park, the Durham Food Hall, YMCA, local eateries, shops and businesses, I found an oasis where I can rest, heal, and begin again. I love it here.

I've lived here since the building opened and have loved it since! I don't want to leave. You can't beat the location, something is always happening downtown and right outside your front door. Lot's of restaurants, bars, and activities within walking distance, plus the center of downtown is literally 2-3 blocks away. The Staff is amazing from Leasing Agents to Property Manager and Maintenance. The only drawback would be the random street blockings, but for the most part, it's a great property! The amenities are great and everyone in the building is friendly, which is rare.
