I like living here since 2015. This office staff and maintenance is the absolute closest to the original team. Zoila and Jerome are exceptional.

Thanks for the opportunity to share.

I have lived at Highland Vista for 12 years. There used to be an incentive for renewing a lease. Could the front door be painted or the carpet cleaned. Two things that I feel could have been better were maintenance request completed sooner and more notice that the late fee would be applied on 1/5/24 at 3:00 pm.

Nice place

Apartment is pretty nice for the price and area. The floor plan is a bit funky but thats the cost of working with the space provided however i feel they couldve done without the weird small angled wall in the master bedroom that keeps you from putting things there. Walls are thin and we can hear our neighbors from inside and outside of their apartments from inside of ours so that is one to think about if you yourself are loud or if you sensitive to outside noises. You can hear them, they can hear you. Valet trash is nice and having on site dumpsters for when you get too much trash is also nice. The dog park is small but usable and theres a nice playground for children. The pool and pool area is also nice and sizeable.
