It's a pretty good place to live with some flaws. We went all summer without a pool

I like and enjoy my place of living. I have no complaints and its assiable but however the rent is a little high in price.

Weve had mold in our bathroom and hallway for over a year and its still not fixed.

The pool is never open and the dog park is generally mud.

I enjoy the location and people around me here, but I pay more than I would to live in most nicer places in Raleigh without the amenities. I have received 2 eviction notices after being 1 month behind and living here for years. My place was not as described when I moved in and remains less than what I signed up for. It takes a very long time to get anything fixed so I try to fix things myself. The outside lights never work and it's dangerous for occupants.
