It is great!!

It is in the perfect location. The neighborhood is quiet except for the traffic on I85, which is understandable. Other than that, it is almost perfect for me. I don't think it can get better.

Loving it so far!!!

I havent been here long, but I am loving it so far. The staff is very reaponsive, I have friendly neighbors, and the complex is welcoming. I feel I made a great choice in pickkng Waterlynn to be our home.

Comfortable

Love the location, staff are pleasant, but building concrete stairs/floors are disgusting. Maintenance doesn't clean weekly or at least bi-weekly. Since I moved in you see spider webs everywhere and the tracking of garbage waste on the stairs/floors. The garbage disposal area is also a big mess, not sure if tenants don't care to maintain or maintenance doesn't check periodically but it's also a disgusting view.
