Nice place
The apartments are nice and big that’s a plus. Also, since they were Build years ago, You don’t hear a lot of noise from your neighbors. The department was sold many times recently and there was a lot of issues with the rent and now there’s issues with maintenance getting things done. The trash was piled up for months and months, and the drop off band is in the front entrance, so when you pull in you see a big pile of trash. The pool hasn’t been open for two years. They make us do valet trash with no option charge $35 where my apartment it takes less than a minute to go throw the trash. Recently, things have improved because they sold again to this company. The office people are very nice and they work with you. Krista the manager is great! The trash has no longer pilled up. My maintenance request haven’t been fixed yet, but they said they’ll get to me eventually.
