Nice place
It’s a nice place to live, I love the location. The staff is kind, parking got better without the company booting cars. Nice pool, great neighbors.
Going on 3 years
My partner and I have been living here for about 2 years and are in the middle of getting a bigger place in the same complex. Really having had many issues, but my partner and I really stay to ourselves. Any issues or concerns for the most part I've been able to just walk over to the leasing office. Hopefully everything will be ok for the new apartment.
Nice place to live
Enjoy living here. Office staff nice. Kids need to be watched playing in the street darting in and out near cars
Concord Ridge
I have lived at Concord Ridge since they opened in 2017. This will be the third property group ownership and so far have showed the most hope in making it a great community. Location is great in Concord. Traffic is picking up but that is due to all the new developments. You have your typical noise from upstairs neighbors and thin walls (it is apartment living after all) but otherwise I have no complaints. The new valet trash option is a great add on to the community.
