We have enjoyed staying here for many reasons. Of course, we are not happy with rent going up every year. We would like to see the homes pressure washed and something done to our patio. We get alot of standing water and red mud. Outside of that, the area is nice and quiet; no issues so far and we have lived here 3 years.

We have enjoyed staying here for the last 3 years outside of our patio. It's gets bad standing water and all of this red mud; wish something could be done about that.
