Overall satisfied but rising rent might force me away

Community has literally gone downhill. Random cars can park anywhere on the property and peopne from all over use the tradh cans to disyof their garbage. Animals are alliwoed to poop any and everywhere. Trash is consistently thrown everywhere and they price gouging the residents.

Great location close to my job and my son school. Quiet neighbors so far everyone stays to themselves. Maintenance calls have been great. Overall good thus far. Been there since May.

Could be a very nice community but they are starting to move anyone in. They are constantly going up on the rent and the community look like GARBAGE! The buildings have algae on them and if you dont power wash your own townhome yourself itll NEVER get done. Trash areas are always running over full with trash on ground and all around dumpsters. If the current management dont care to take better care of the property, they shouldvat least turn it over to a company that would. People are moving out fast because they feel like they live in the projects. For the price they are charging to live there, I would go somewhere that is way better and affordable.

I have lived in this property for over two years now and have had a great experience. The noise level is low, even though I am in the city limits. The maintenance guy (Johnny) is exceptional and timely! The parking is typical for townhouses, so nothing to complain about. The park, pool, and gym are within walking distance. There are even fitness teams you can workout with. The staff are mostly understanding and friendly. I would definitely recommend
