A Pet Agreement must be signed. Each apartment can accommodate up to 2 pets. Pets must be recognized as domestic animals and should be spayed or neutered. For everyone’s comfort, dogs should be leashed at all times, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends. A one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent (per pet) are required before your pet can move in. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.

We have been here for one week and thus far, we love our apartment. Our only complaint would be that management appears to be a bit slow to respond to maintenance issues. And, I suppose that the office staff was a bit prone to exaggeration when it came to the selling points of the apartment. We were told that it was recently renovated and that it had all "new appliances" and white cabinetry. Yes, it has white cabinetry, but I sincerely doubt they are new - newly, freshly painted probably, but not new. The appliances are definitely not new...well, I believe the dryer is new and refrigerator, but that is not all new appliances. Having said that, we really do like our apartment. We just need maintenance to come and clean the A/C unit professionally. It is disgusting and this was reported to the office and the maintenance guy that came around (who took photos), but no one has been back and there has been no word to keep us updated.

About to be a month in on my lease here so relatively new I would say the marigold formerly known as Ariel. Has been pretty good to us overall. Besides a little noise from neighbors and a package thief on the loose everything else has been good
