For everyone’s comfort, dogs should be leashed at all times, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends. A one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent (per pet) are required before your pet can move in. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also restricted.

Been here for about 6 to 7 years. Nothing new or exciting to show new residents. I despise moving. That's why I've tolerated it here. I actually like my apartment. But it needs to be upgraded and updated.
