Very nice location however units are definatley dated with what seems like very “cost effective” improvments made to them. The older building do notoffer much in the way of noise dampening wether it be from the road or from other units around you. However for the price and the area in which it is located it is definetly worth consideration.

Lived here 9 months. Location is wonderful, I feel safe. The price is as good as it gets in Charlotte. Overall, very happy.
