Why Renters Love It Here

Filthy place

We moved into Fairways Apartments and were extremely disappointed with the filthy condition of the unit. The apartment was full of dog hair, and had a strong pet odor despite assurances that it would be cleaned and sanitized. My elbow became swollen after something bit my arm, and our 8-month-old daughter developed rashes after lying on the carpet. I would caution anyone considering this complex to carefully review the conditions and management’s responsiveness before signing a lease.

We moved into Fairways Apartments at Piper Glen and were extremely disappointed with the condition of the unit. The apartment was filthy, full of dog hair, and had a strong pet odor despite assurances that it would be cleaned and sanitized. My wife’s elbow became swollen after something bit her arm, and our 8-month-old daughter developed rashes after lying on the carpet. This is unacceptable, especially after paying all required fees and rent upfront. I disclosed that me and my daughter are allergic to cats and dogs before move-in and requested a thorough cleaning, yet the apartment was not habitable. I would caution anyone considering this complex to carefully review the conditions and management’s responsiveness before signing a lease. It won't be easy to get your money back should you decide to move out.
