Alton - Maintenance

My closet shelf had fallen, brackets were old & broke in half & caused screws to pull out of wall), & bent shelving unit in the process. I thought it would be a day project. issues upon issues upon issues...

We have had nothing but issues since moving in. Water backing up, ac unit not working, floors warped in bathrooms and kitchen, very low water pressure, not convinced my washing machine or dish washer work, fan not connected to stove (hangs down on one side), animal abuser neighbors, people driving WAY too fast around the units, garbage and dog poop literally everywhere, abandoned children's toys all over (bikes, razor scooters, stuffed animals, balls...), cigarette butts and beer bottles thrown from balconies left there so there are spots that look like the side of a city street, drain pipes must be full because when it rains, water POURS from the roof..
