This one bedroom apartment is a great space to live in. The kitchen has lots of counter space, comfortable living room and great sized bedroom. I also love livijg so close to the Plaza Midwood night life and local restaurants.

My experience living at this community has been great. The location is awesome! The apartment is on par with all the other communities in Charlotte. I have lived here for one year now and I like most is your are right in the mix of everything in plaza.

Parking is getting out of control. On weekends by 9am every spot is taken. Snooze employees and customers are parking here along with every other person in Charlotte. I don’t pay rent here to park 2 blocks away. The noise from this garage door going up and down hundreds of times a day is ridiculous. It shakes my bed and walls. It starts at 6-7am now and doesn’t end till after 11pm. The noise from the apartment above me stomping on my ceiling at all times and slamming weights down when they work out is becoming way to much. I understand it’s an apartment and there’s going to be noise but this is over the line. I can’t sleep…

i lived here about 13 months. i have no problems everything is clean people are pleasant . sometimes parking is hard because other people park in our residential parking area. but overall and nice and comfortable and safe place to stay.

Great location! But everything else is very unfitting for the price you pay. No amenities! No guaranteed parking so you have to learn the traffic times in the area, or you might not have anywhere to park trying to go home.
