I went Inquiring about a new apartment and the staff there were very polite and helpful. Alsiha burton answer ALL of my questions. I loved the layout and location. She also gave me a tour of the amenities and i loved it! Im definitely looking forward to my stay there.

I've lived at One305 Central since May of 2023, great location in the Plaza Midwood area, the maintenance staff responds to requests quickly, the gym, pool, and clubhouse are nice, and the parking garage keeps your vehicle safer from break-ins and inclement weather. Wish there wasn't a monthly parking fee though.
