a good move

i enjoyed my time here! the staff was always very helpful and responsive. maintenance issues were addressed within 24 hrs. i didn't have noisy neighbors, so that was a plus. the location is quiet and close to any store you'd need!

Amazing property offering so much more than expected, with a privilege to share the extras with sister property across the village style street …. A RESORT style lifestyle in Carmel Commons area … 1 year quickly turned into 2 years and counting a blissful residency.

We are happy!

We moved here on December, 2018, after visiting all the other communities in the area. We are very happy that we chose this community over all the other ones that we checked out. The apartments are spacious, clean and welll maintained. The office staff is the best!! They are respectful, pleasant and go out of their way to give you excellent service. They don't forget anything, as they follow up with you on any issue that's outstanding! We also enjoy a very nice and proficient maintenance staff. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is respectfull and professional. We are happy here!!
