I just wanted to thank Crystal S. For being so professional with me. I haven't moved in i was just touring and looking around. She made me feel and home and i didn't even live there. She was amazing. As i had made a decision a few days later to apply, the reason i applied not because the property was so beautiful and clean, it was because of Crystal S. The way she carried herself very very professional we laughed talked for a while . Most places i went to did not deliver service excellence like Crystal did this is why i chose to move here and when i saw her in person I thanked her and told her, her act of kindness is what made me move here that was the beauty of it. She showed empathy, very passionate and she listened to my long story about why i was leaving me old place. She took time out her time to listen she didn't rush me off. Crystal you have a very positive attitude and i hope this company value you. When i went search for a new home Madison Farms was the only I mean the only ones who went above and beyond. Zack you too Sir . I would recommend people check this place out. Guess what i moved in and the way they treat me when i applied is the same way the the treat me now. Again THANK YOU SO MUCH CRYSTAL FOR YOUR KINDNESS..
