Location is the only thing keeping me here.

I could live in a nicer place, with more updated units and amentities at a cheaper rate. I renew due to location. Front leasing office staff could be more responsive. Gates could be properly fixed & working all the time- but they’re not. Trash usually overflows on the weekend. Landscape is nice.

nice location

Great location, had super noisy neighbors that was some type of domestic issue where we could hear the violence. Was told by the leasing office 'we can't really do anything'. They told us we could call the cops. Overall the location is amazing and the tennis court is nice. The accountability is minimal - see above-. The value is 6 maybe 7 out of 10.
