What renters are saying

Renters appreciate the great location of the property, which is conveniently near the light rail, bars, and restaurants. My brother has been living in this apartment complex in Charlotte and has dealt with recurring mold for months. Maintenance has not fixed the root cause so it keeps coming back. The mold has also ruined several of his belongings. Instead of taking responsibility, management has tried to charge him thousands of dollars to either move to another unit or terminate his lease early. Tenants have rights to a safe and habitable home. Mold is a serious issue. This complex does not seem to prioritize resident safety, proper maintenance, or tenant rights

The location cant be beat, the amenities are fine. Gym is really small. The 4th floor has a big issue with their pets peeing on the floor in the common spaces. Not the managements fault but annoying for sure

I’ve been dealing with a recurring mold issue for months, and management has done very little to actually fix it. Every “solution” has been a quick patch that doesn’t solve the underlying problem, so the mold just keeps coming back. What’s most frustrating is that they don’t seem to care about the health and safety of their residents. I’ve raised concerns multiple times, and instead of taking real responsibility, they’ve tried to charge me either to move to a different unit or to end my lease early despite the fact that the mold issue isn’t my fault. This whole situation has taken a toll on my health and my dog’s health, and it’s been emotionally and financially draining. If you value your well-being and want a management team that actually listens and acts, this is not the place for you.
