Almost 2 years as a resident
A dog on the fourth floor directly above my unit barks at all hours of the day while im working from home. Our vents have never been changed either by maintence.
Nice Building
I lived at MMA Loso for over a year and the experience was fine. The units are brand new with luxury finishes and the layouts are great. The staff is very nice and super responsive. My only complaint is the common spaces and their upkeep. When it was a Novel property the common spaces were consistently cleaned, decorated and maintained. That did not continue under MAA unfortunately. People had some issues with the parking garage, but that's common in city living. They could add security cameras, which the property has none of.
