Security is not a priority for this building especially the parking garage. Residents' cars got broken into on a daily basis. Broken car window glass is always on the ground in the garage. Management refused to put in security cameras. They claimed that they have onsite security curtesy patrol but it was actually one police officer who happened to live in the building and could only do rounds when he wasn't working his normal cop job. Which didn't help with daily parking garage burglaries. The dog park and building grounds are full of pet poop with poop bag stations that are never filled with bags to use. The hallways and grounds are not maintained and smell. The building grounds are open for any drunk homeless person to sleep or hang out. Most apartments in Uptown have 10000 flood lights on their building but not this one so all the homeless folks liked to hang out there since the grounds were so dark.

I've lived here for 9 months and just renewed my lease. Great price and really quiet street for such a central location.
