Lived here for a few years...Location is great ..Nice Gym..Landscaping is good however parking lot needs more lighting its very dark..pretty quiet most of the time.The Complex is getting older so it could use some updates..Car wash could be better..Maintenace staff is very good..get things fixed quickly and very helpful..All around pretty good place to live..close to shopping and eating places and convenient to express way...Rent seems to be a little high for an older property..apts are pretty spacious no elevators which makes it hard if you live on the 3rd floor but its still a good place to live...

Very noizy inside

3 months Thank you for your work, for a clean area. My recommendations for managers, you need to better monitor living conditions, change non-working equipment on time, trim tree branches because it is very shady in the house on the first floor. And it is very noisy in the bedroom, because the air conditioner is under the window. I would recommend putting noise-absorbing panels between the window and the air conditioner
