Great value for renting a townhome. Very nice place, maintanence guy is awesome, but no amenities (besides a dog park but i do not have a dog and the grass is mowed)and the amentity cost is super high for having no amenities. Staff takes some time to get back to you

Great location, price, brand new construction and amazing staff. Only downside is the parking, but they have/ keep making improvements to fix this. For instance, they have created adittional parking and remodeled the current one to be more efficient. Also, we have 3 cars. If you have one or two you should be more than fine.

The houses are really nice and a good value for the rent, but parking makes no sense. Like there is none and people just end up parking in the grass and on the side of the street. It's wild. Not sure what the plan was there.

Pros: The location, staff, and value unmatched in the uo abs coming area. Walkinh distance to train, shops, bars, and restaurants. Cons: Parkint is a joke. Unreal that builders thought this was appropriate.
