I have lived in this community for nine years and find it a comfortable place to call home. Many older units have been refurbished, though mine has not been updated. The clubhouse offers excellent amenities, including a kitchen, lounge, pool tables, wall-sized Scrabble, shuffleboard, and a private computer room. Building one and the pool area are equipped with outdoor grills, and there is a well-maintained gym on site. The grounds are kept in good condition, and the maintenance staff is excellent. There is a convenient dog-walking path in the round- a-bout with waste bags. Living on the top floor, I find the noise level to be minimal, most noise heard is from the outside. However, communication with the office staff can be challenging, as calls and voicemails go unanswered, even with new management. Weekend staff are not equipped to assist with apartment access or financial matters.

It’s been tough adjusting to the change in management. Between being forced to pay rent in person, my noisy and inconsiderate upstairs neighbor, and the attack my dog suffered, it’s been difficult to enjoy my experience or feel that I’m getting my money’s worth.
