Great location, im very comfortable here. The lanscaping could use more regkuar attention though. Staff is very friendly !

Buildings stairs had to be fully replaced resulting in months of displacement.

This is a nice apartment complex. Older building, fairly updated on the inside, and the landscaping is gorgeous. Really pretty courtyard with a cute patio overlooking it. The amenities are standard and maintenance is done regularly. You cannot beat the price for this location. I’ve really enjoyed living here.

Older apartment with old appliances. No amenities in the complex. Apartment is in a decent location, but is a little expensive for what it is. Staff is nice but hard to get in touch with at times.

AC broke and it was not considered an emergency because it was dark out/raining. It is very hot in my apartment. Sink and tub faucet in bathroom leak causing mold when left for a few days.

It is up to upper management now to make the situation right. I do not want any communication from Mallory, Auburn, or any other extremely rude, incompetent, unempathetic liar I have encountered that you employ. You are off to the worst start out of any rental company I have ever experienced. The next 24 hrs will determine my final decision.
