Residents appreciate the friendly and responsive staff, fairly updated interiors, and the beautiful landscaping, including a pretty courtyard with a cute patio. Additionally, they value the regular maintenance and the affordability given the location.

Great Price and Location

This is a nice apartment complex. Older building, fairly updated on the inside, and the landscaping is gorgeous. Really pretty courtyard with a cute patio overlooking it. The amenities are standard and maintenance is done regularly. You cannot beat the price for this location. I’ve really enjoyed living here.

Apartment is a little expensive for what it is.

Older apartment with old appliances. No amenities in the complex. Apartment is in a decent location, but is a little expensive for what it is. Staff is nice but hard to get in touch with at times.

AC broke and it was not considered an emergency because it was dark out/raining. It is very hot in my apartment. Sink and tub faucet in bathroom leak causing mold when left for a few days.
