Love it here!

We’ve lived here for a few years now, and have loved it. The view is unbeatable. The apartment layouts are spacious, and very quiet. You are living in center city, next to ballparks and a public park, so there is noise to be expected, but I’d say 95% of it is blocked if your doors/windows are closed. We’ve never been too bothered by it. The pool is great, the gym isn’t on the ground floor, so you dont feel like you’re working out with an audience, and the courtyard and common space are so nice! The staff is the best part, they know you by name and are always a friendly face to be greeted by. Mailboxes are next to the elevator, so its never out of your way to check the mail. The only “downside” is that the parking deck isn’t attached to the apartment building, so just make sure you dont forget anything! And for fifteen minutes at rush hour, there may be a line for the elevators, but the elevators are fast! I recommend Catalyst if youre looking for a highrise apartment in the city!

The location outweighs everything else

so far… I have thoroughly enjoyed living here :) However, for the price im paying.. certain things are dissappinting to see such as missing #’s placards, window stains & broken tvs in the hallways for over 6 months.. The cabnetry & faucets are cheaply made & many things broke within my 1st time using them, resulting in many maitenance requests. Fortunately, these were resolved quickly & thoroughly by a freindly staff. This & the noise are not a big issue for me, though they can be annoying @ times.. it happens! The social events could be better & the pool area / outdoor furniture could use a revamp compared to other similar apartments nearby for the same price. I also wish the club area could be accessed 24/7 for all residents since some of us work nights :) On the other hand.. Some of the certain aspects of my unit are luxurious.. such as the washer/dryer, heavy doors, nice high ceilings & floor to cieling windows. Almost all of the employees are very helpful, friendly & attentive. Nothing beats walking out the door to Romaire Beardon Park or watching the fireworks after a baseball game from my balcony though. Cheers!

The catalyst one of the best place to live in Charlotte it is Central located right in the middle of uptown also it's a very safe building the staff is five Star Plus very responsive on all your needs
