This place was gorgeous when we first moved here. It has gone downhill. Residents spill and throw stuff in the floors. No value for where they live and management has change 4xs. In the last 2yrs.

great mostly

been here for about a year, feel very safe here; location is ideal for our family; wish the parking areas were a bit cleaner but I realize this is more of a resident issue :/ (also the hallway rugs need some cleaning); maintenance is on top of things, office staff has always been gracious; overall its been great - but I hate that rent is going up!
