Stay in a wonderful community at Berkshire Ballantyne

I've lived here for the past year and a half. I love living here. The complex is quiet, safe, and overall well-maintained. Leasing office employees are knowledgable and nice. The maintenance crew is excellent and get things done on time.

Pleasant stay and good service

I had a pleasant 1-year stay at the Berkshire Ballantyne. Irene and Brandi were always courteous, attentive and helpful. The location of the complex is convenient (walking distance) to restaurants, Earth Fare, etc.

I love living here. The overall maintenance of the hallways could be better but it's not too bad. The location is excellent, the noise level is minimal, and the lease price is great. Overall I love living here and would rate it an 8/10.
