Quiet, Maintained Apartments

This is a quiet neighborhood right next to Harris Teeter! The complex is well cared for and the neighborhood is friendly. The maintenance staff works hard and I always see them around handling matters. The mailroom is a mess, but they've recently added a key code for entry which was a huge plus! It seems as though they're trying to update the complex to continue making it a safe and comfortable place to live. No complaints, and I've lived here for 8 months.

I wish all of the amenities worked (tv’s by the pool), but all in all, the gym has been upgraded (AWESOME). The staff are AMAZING. The rent is high for the area though.
