The layout is nice, there's usually plenty of parking, and the location is close to I-77 without being constantly bombarded with traffic. The in-unit washer and dryer connections are very nice, and I do like the layout of my apartment ( the ability for guests staying in the main room to access the bathroom without going through the main bedroom is especially appreciated ). My only wish is that trash was cleaned up more often.
