I've not even lived here for a month so my review isnt super valid. So far, its been really great. The train is behind, but i am from NYC so it really doesnt bother me.

Good Option Near Uptown

I have been here for about a year, currently renewing for a 2nd year lease. Location is right beside Optimist Park, so you always have food options available. Units themselves are nice & relatively modern, & the cost is good for the location (compared to other apartments nearby). It can be loud, depending on which side of the building you live on - N Caldwell runs straight up to the highway, & there are cars, trucks, & motorcycles that ride loud right alongside the building towards the highway throughout the day. It's better at night, & if you are used to the noise it probably won't be an issue. Staff has always been friendly & pet friendly, & we have never had any issues with other residents. Walls, ceilings, & floors can let through some sound occasionally, but more often than not it will be during the day & some music. The noise has never been an issue when trying to go to sleep. Overall, good location & environment for a good price. Centrally located for Charlotte & standard amenities are above par. If you are interested, I would recommend coming in to take a look - that's how we ended up getting a unit here!
