708 Summit Apartments
Overall, I love 708 Summit. The place is very affordable in comparison to other apartments in the area. My apartment is in good shape and was very clean upon move in. I love the location - walking distance to several bars and restaurants, as well as the greenway. My only complaint would be the noise, however that's likely due to the location of my apartment within the building (right outside the main door and mailboxes).

This apartment building is fairly quiet for being in a convenient location to uptown. It is a good value compared to most other complexes in the area
Year long tenant
Property is quiet. Tenants speak and wave but stay to themselves. No amenities but makes sense with the value given with rent costs. Love the location. Admin and maintenance staff both respond quickly and thoroughly address issues.
Review
My experience living is great except for the maintenance requests take forever to get responded to and a long time to be completed. Even when it was something dangerous like my window not being able to lock for a week when I live on the ground floor, that was actually pretty alarming for me.
The following breeds are restricted at this community: American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Akita, Alaska Malamute, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pincher, Presa Canario, Wolf-Hybrids, or any animal mixed with a restricted breed. Additional pet and breed restrictions may apply at this community. Exotic pets are strictly prohibited. Any pet may be denied for any reason at management's discretion. Pets must be fully house trained. Non-refundable pet fees and monthly pet rent may be required. If you have pets, please see your leasing representative for more information.
