The community is livable and has potential, but it really needs some upgrades and better upkeep. Right now, several of the outdoor amenities aren’t being maintained the way they should be. The grills haven’t been working, the seating in the common areas is missing cushions, and the section with the Caracole grills is especially disappointing. That area isn’t kept up well enough to feel comfortable cooking there, which is frustrating for someone like me who enjoys grilling and cooking outside regularly. Another issue is the cleanliness of the grounds. There’s frequently dog waste left in the grass, which makes the outdoor areas less enjoyable for everyone. It would be great to see more consistent maintenance and enforcement of pet policies. I also really wish the resident portal allowed tenants to add funds toward rent ahead of the due date. I’m paid bi-weekly, and it would be much more convenient to deposit half of the rent from one paycheck and the other half from the next. As it stands, the system doesn’t allow that, which makes budgeting harder and can feel like it’s set up in a way that leads to late fees. Overall, the place is decent and livable, but with better maintenance, working amenities, and a more flexible payment system, it could be a much better experience for residents.

I've lived here for over two years now and have had a generally positive experience. Luckily, my roommate and I have been pretty low maintenance during our time here, so there haven't been many opportunities for things to go awry. That being said, it took almost two weeks for staff to get back to me about a SNAKE in my bathroom which I called, emailed, and tried to talk in person about, and when I WAS contacted, I was only asked if I still needed help with that. Better response time and more concern about that issue would have been appreciated. The only actual issue with the unit itself is our ceilings/our upstairs neighbor's floors creak VERY badly, to the point where I need earplugs to get to sleep some nights when he is walking around a lot later at night. I don't consider myself a very noise-sensitive person having grown up in a creakier house and being used to apartment noise, but the sound of these ceilings may actually be a structural concern. Any time we have people over and they hear how loud the creaking is, they're shocked. I know nothing can realistically be done about this until our upstairs neighbor moves out maybe, so I haven't said anything to staff, but unless I go to the trouble to try and prove that the sound is above what is legally acceptable in our lease or something I doubt something will be done about it/that a new tenant would be warned. OVERALL, I've had a positive experience here, but the extremely creaking ceilings and the snake incident have definitely not been pleasant. If rent were increased by $150 or more, I would not continue to live here.

I still have things in my apartment that dont work only and after six months in. I dont submit maintenance requests anymore because they act condescending and dont fix much.
