Having 4 AC old units beside bedroom is the worst, refrigerator is liking water that ruined my piece of furniture, no parking space closer to my apartment. Why 3 handicap spaces when there is not handicap people living in the building, The trash area it’s nasty and paying too much for no service. The windows are very old and balconies too.

my apartment is filled with mold.Maintenence says it is rust,I have been in complex over 10 yrs.Previous manager was a yes man,said the right things and did nothing. I have not dealt with new manager but I plan to have a discussion when I return in early Feb.
