Great place

We have lived here for over two months. The staff is incredibly responsive, the apartments and common spaces are fresh and well-kept, and they regularly have special events for the residents......we highly recommend the Wayfarer!!

Safe & Convenient

Wayfare at garden crossing is the most convenient location in Burlington. Our year and half here has been personal and felt like home. Landscaping services were out here every two weeks. Staff were always communicating with us, and the property managers were helpful in our stay here. Our dog and us enjoyed walks around the property and convenient dog areas. It was easy to feel like we were always home with family. All of our neighbors were clean and cooperative with property standards. Trash butler was consistent as possible during post pandemic and weather. In the summer we loved going to the pool and sitting on our patio. It was always positive experiences here. You get what you pay for! If we had any suggestions, it would be to tour all floor plans. We started looking at Kennan, and fell in love with Pryor. It was a cozy space for 2. Highly recommend staying here! Bell partners are always there for the community that you live in. At our prior apartments, they were managed by a third party and having a face to speak to was always helpful for us while staying here. From the top to the bottom 10/10.

Wayfare Appartments

This apartment complex depending on the location of the unit can be very noisy with ambulance coming by with loud sirens throughout the day and night. From a maintenance perspective, the common areas: stairwell and landing are filthy with stains, garbage liquid and spills. Residents have to leave their garbage in front of their respective entry door but the trash valet service is not reliable and does not pick up the trash regularly. Additionally, we were told that landing and stairwell would be pressure cleaned regularly, it has been more than 4 months and we have yet to see any one clean the place. Parking spots are small and limited. Security gates on both entries, are not in working condition and are left open for anyone to enter the property at anytime.

Wonderful So Far

So far I have really enjoyed living here. I have been here almost 1 month. The staff has been amazing. Maintenance was so fast and so incredibly kind. The man offered to help me push a few pieces of furniture out of the way even when I said "Hi" to him. So kind! (Give him a raise!) I like the quietness. I can hear the sounds of the city in the distance. All of my neighbors have smiled and seemed very friendly. Its a nice mix of students, professionals, families...the quiet neighbors! I love the amenities. It would be super cool if the pool was heated! I cannot wait for summer. If that is the only thing I think I would "change" about Wayfare, the pool being open....I'll call that an excellent place to live! My apartment is clean from move in and wonderful! Thank you guys so much!
