Walkable Location

I had a brand new apartment when I moved in, which has great and wonderful staff. Otherwise, it's just your average expensive downtown apartment with fewer amenities than the average complex.

A Good Place

I like living here. The management is good and easy to work with, and the building is new and in basically great shape. The location within walking distance of downtown, the South Slope and the River Arts district is absolutely the best.
