The biggest downfall is the parking, more so there aren’t designated guest parking spots, more so park at the Bojangles. And the other downfall of the last of soundproofing between floors. If you’re not on the third floor, you’re screwed. Just was cheaply made. The amenities and staff are always great and pleasant. The valet trash is a perk and the large apartment sizes are good too. Also love the pet friendly flooring!
