Really functional
Love the location, view and apartment. Really quiet, people are very nice.
Noise and drug people
I like my apartment except for other residents who don't adhere to quiet hours (10PM to 8AM) Young people have many guests overnight. Drug are distributed by one resident, but property managers don't evict her. Also some people who smoke do so on their balconies. That is against the rules.
