Orchard Gardens

Great place, Tamerack PM staff are great, love the Garden City Harvest farm, the traffic noise from Reserve St is the only drag.

Affordable, but at a price.

Parking is a nightmare here. There is not enough parking for residents, let alone any guests. Maintence has been deferred for years and there are about 15 layers of paint on the wall.

Needs remodel

There is just seems things that seem outdated, plus there is a flooring flaw in my apattment. There used to be a park but they tore it down. Other than those things its a great place to live.
