I love how quite it is. The staff is very helpful and I've enjoyed living here the last 7 years.

We've had a great experience but there are definitely some things that could be improved on. We've lived at Talus since 2023 and the price can be hesitating at first but you are offered a lot, especially the gym as memberships around town are $50+, office with printer, clubhouse and pool as well as a lot of walking space. However, with the whole grass area across the street from the buildings, we have a tiny square for the dogs and there are holes in the fence and cigarette butts which are highly toxic to dogs. I don't feel I should have to pick those up so that my dog doesn't eat it. Same thing with the poop that gets left in there and around the parking in front of 2106. I know there was DNA testing done when we first moved in so I'm hoping its not hard to figure out who isn't picking it up. My other suggestion would be suggested quiet hours. I don't know how many times people are coming to the apartments with music blarring at obnoxious hours inside and outside of the building. I feel these could be easy fixes and will live if they aren't fixed or addressed but food for thought.

I moved in more than a year ago. Really warm and accommodating management. I had help relocating from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. I specifically asked for a third-floor apartment with an east, facing balcony for gardening purposes. And yes, I am THAT neighbor with the forest on their patio. The washer dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher are among the contemporary items in good working order in the units. Maintenance will fix anything that breaks. There is a swimming pool and a gym as well. Although there are not many secure apartment rentals in Great Falls, rent at Talus is expensive. It’s location on the outskirts of town, away from the downtown area, where homelessness is on the rise, is one of its many appealing features. Generally speaking, the neighbors are cordial, however, given the thinness of the walls, there are some who are rude and cause commotion.
