This is a nice, comfortable, and quiet community. The units stay cool in summer and warm in Winter. You don't hear much outside noise from inside the unit and maintenance is done in a timely manner everytime. overall, my time here has been very pleasant.

Parking is often hard to find anywhere near my unit, as a disabled individual without parking placard, it's a tough walk to and from my place. Even if I had a placard there are hardly any handicap spaces near my unit. I hate that valet parking is mandatory despite them refusing to take it some days, but send us complaints when more than 1 bag shows up outside the door because they didn't take it the day before. Despite those two issues, I love living here. It's quite, cozy, and friendly.
