Its been great, we love the place and the garage. It works very well for us. The only issue is parking, one thing that could help is having assigned spots.

I've lived here for about 6 months and made our apartment home. The windows are nice and large and the rooms are moderately sized. Our kitchen is small but has character. The living room is nice and big and perfect for a cozy night in. A big plus is having a detached garage space that can be used for an extra parking spot, extra storage, or a workshop area. The location is ideal for students and getting around town easily, the only downside is the noise from the street which some people might not be keen on.

I have lived here for nine months. My neighbours are kind and thoughtful people and noise isn't too much of an issue. The location is great. Parking is a bit of a gamble but usually manageable. My complaints are that the property is very expensive for the quality. For example, there are a few things like doors cabinets etc that are broken or broke almost immediately after move in and the appliances are very outdate.
