My Stay

Overall my stay here has been pretty good, although our ceiling was almost ruined and we had to get a hotel for a few nights while they dried the moisture out. The pool had to get zapped, which was sad because I could have swam every day all summer. But overall I really like this property and it’s location. As far as I could see, the staff are really nice as well. Haven’t used maintenance yet but will definitely have some things looked over in the near future.

Peaceful Place and Kind Lease Agent

What I like most in Olympic village is the peaceful and quite vibe of the whole complex. I think we will love it here. Also I would like to commend Lorin, the leasing agent foe being so nice and accommodating. He has great customer service and has a pleasant vibe.

4 stars.. its good, not great for the huge 2 rent raises.

Going on 3 yrs. stay here. If I didn't like it here, at all.. I'd have left after our first year. We enjoy the complex and our unit a lot, and the Perks are Great! Just not crazy about some of noisy tenants & their barking dogs, (these walls are Not sound proof), also the dogs running wild (not on leashes) nor the feces their humans tend to leave & not pick up. With that to put up with, and every year Management raises the rent. But nothing to show for it, to upgrade & make the complex better with these yearly raised rent. Its like Someone is using our raised rent amounts to "line their pockets", and nothing else. This place is really nice as a whole, but not for the last couple of raises, And pet rent raised too? Really.. for What? baggies, which are Not left out Faithfully. I mostly have to use plastic grocery bags. But again, your complex is really good. The price is just getting to be a bit much, and not seeing where its going for. Nothing is new or better or more, its the same as before you had 2 or 3 rent hikes. Sorry.

Nice but not perfect

Decent value for the money in today's market. I REALLY wish the hot tubs were open past 9 PM. We often don't get home from work until 8. I think the pool and hot tubs could easily be open until 10 or 11 PM especially since there are security cameras everywhere now. Snow removal is greatly lacking. Not even the steps or sidewalks are cleared regularly. Not uncommon to go 4 or 5 days after it snows before they get to them. Serioudly a liability issue! Maintenance staff are polite, friendly, professional and fix things quickly. Smokers sit on the front steps and smoke at nearly every building. You can't even keep your livingroom window open because of it. Can be noisy if you have loud renters above, below or across from you. Several improvements have been made to the exterior and interior of numerous buildings in an ongoing capitol improvement plan.

We welcome you and your furry friends with open arms. Animal Restrictions: Residents are limited to two animals per rental lease Size restrictions, pet rental fees, monthly pet rent, and additional application fees and security deposits vary by property. Centerspace reserves the right to deny residency to any dog with a vicious nature or history, or a dog that injures other pets, residents, or team members.
