It's simple really, there are no benefits gained from continuing to rent here but the price keeps going up. There is a 90 dollar late fee for a 3 day window to pay rent with no exceptions and nothing in my apartment has been updated; such as carpet, doors, door frames, leaking ceiling (that I was told was condensation), and thermostat. If I have to deal with that for more than three days I'm S.O.L. but if I'm late with rent, . . . that'll be 90 dollars. This company is taking advantage of the poor housing market in Billings caring little if at all for the needs of their tenants.

Great combination of affordable and quality. great location! great amenities with a pool, hot tub, laundry room and mini park area. close to a lot of new businesses opening up. I'm satisfied all around.
