A welcoming environment is paramount to all of our residents.  To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require everyone to complete a pet profile, a "no pet" profile, or request accommodations for an assistance animal.  This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability.  If you are unable to complete a profile online and need help, please contact your housing provider. Pet-screening registration fee is $30.00 annually. A non-refundable pet fee is due at move-in: $400 for one pet and an additional $200 for a second pet, 2 pet maximum. Pet rent is $15/month per pet. Veterinary records are required at move-in and may be requested at renewal. Unsatisfactory

There is a need of new management. The trash dumpster is always filled and filthy. Unexplained charges on your account. Residents do not clean up after their pets which makes it hard for children to play in the grass. Always an issue with sewerage! No courtesy officer assigned or live at the apartment complex. Untrained maintenance who do a poor job in fixing things.

Nice Apartment fees are atrocious

The apartment is newly remodeled and looks great. My issue is the rental payment process. The are a lot of fees attached to the rental payment. You are even charged a fee to pay your rent.
