Its a nice apartment complex. Its pretty average though and the price for the laundromat has gone up since living here for over 3 years now. Was 1.50 now 2.00. Staff is less than great but still able to get the job done. The pet waste system is ignored and so where the bags and trash posts are its nasty.

The potholes in the parking lot are the absolute worse. I have had to get my car serviced twice since living here. The noise level of my upstairs neighbors are ridiculous. The animal feces are all over the property.
