Excellent community
The person that lives above me is the reason I dropped 3 stars for value. They are always moving furnitures or probably playing rugby above me. It's really frustrating. Otherwise it's a quiet community with prompt and excellent maintenance response.

Nice place to live
I have lived here almost a year, and plan to renew. The location is superb, and the staff is excellent. Maintenance is responsive and I have had no problem with noise.
