Love Chesterfield Village and its staff

Been here for more than a year now, very quiet, green and spacious complex. So close to everything yet very calm area. Highly attentive staff and maintenance.

Incredible Experience!

My girlfriend and I moved in to Chesterfield Village Apartments in 2020. Management is reliable, personable, and fair, maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, and the landscape design--especially between some of the apartments-- is gorgeous. CVA and its management are true advocates to the tenants. Our lease is terminating Summer of 2023 and we are sad we can't bring them with us to our next destination. We will miss you, CVA!
